Courts The Lynbrook Village Court is located in the Lynbrook Village Hall at One Columbus Drive, Lynbrook.  Arraignments are held on Tuesday evenings. Conferences and Trials are held on Wednesdays. Judge William J. McLaughlin is the Village Justice. Judge C. William Gaylor III is the Associate Justice. The Court generally does not give time to pay fines.
